Unpublishable Music Types
I. Copyright Restricted Works
• 1. Unauthorized Commercial Songs
Includes released albums, popular singles, and other copyright-protected commercial music. Cannot be uploaded or distributed without permission from the copyright holder.
Typical Case: Covering popular songs without authorization, or using samples without clearance.
• 2. Infringing Adaptations or Covers
Adapting or re-creating original works (such as Remixes, lyrical covers) without authorization from the original author.
Platform Rule: Cover works require submission of authorization proof, otherwise they will not be published.

II. Prohibited Content
• 1. Promoting Illegal or Harmful Values
Violence, Hate, Discrimination: Lyrics containing incitement to violence, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, etc.
Obscene, Pornographic: Songs directly describing sexual acts or using vulgar vocabulary.
Invasion of Privacy or Reputation: Lyrics revealing others' privacy, slandering, or insulting others.
Typical Case: Blacklisted songs by authorities due to vulgar or violent content.
• 2. Endangering Social Morality or National Security
Songs containing content that splits the country, subverts state power, or leaks state secrets.
Platform Rule: All music platforms strictly prohibit such content, and violators will face legal accountability.
• 3. Content Unsuitable for Minors
Lyrics or melodies that may guide minors to imitate dangerous behaviors (such as suicide, drug use) or contact harmful information.
Typical Case: Certain rap songs banned for describing drug use.
III. Technical or Format Issues
• 1. Unsupported File Format
The platform usually requires WAV audio format. Uploading other formats (like FLAC, AAC) may fail.
Solution: Use audio conversion tools to convert files to compatible formats.
• 2. Corrupted File or Substandard Quality
Music recording and singing quality is too low; duration is too short; single song size is usually limited to 200MB, duration not less than 1 minute.
Typical Problem: Uploading unfinished Demos or overly large high-quality files may be rejected.
IV. Other Special Cases
• 1. National Anthems, Police Songs, etc.
Unauthorized adaptation or commercial use of national anthems, police anthems, military anthems, etc., is illegal.
Legal Basis: National anthems shall not be used for commercial advertisements or private funeral activities.
• 2. Containing Sensitive Political Content
Lyrics involving sensitive political topics, distorted interpretations of historical events, etc.
Platform Rule: Such content will trigger manual review and is highly likely to be rejected.
